Our group aims to understand how the brain processes visual information used in social interactions.
We use Drosophila melanogaster and mayflies (order Ephemeroptera) to study neural circuits transforming signal-correlated stimulus into motor output.
A main focus of the lab is to train young scientists, and prepare them for a bright future in STEM.
